Bursa's new LEAP Market

Bursa Malaysia has recently unveiled the listing requirements for the soon to come Leading Entrepreneur Accelerator Platform (LEAP) market which will allow SMEs to raise funds via the capital market. No profit track record and operating history is required. Only an Information Memorandum is needed for submission instead of a Prospectus. Although the LEAP market may

not be as liquid as the ACE or Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, it will be a good stepping stone for SMEs who aspire to be listed. The access to capital markets will help to drive earnings, and achieve your company's business objectives and once the earnings reach the required thresholds, the Ace and Main Markets will be the next opportunity.
